Flying in to Cairns Airport Located 1 ½ hours drive south of Cairns International Airport, Castaways Resort on Mission Beach is accessible by Airport Transfers with Mission Beach Dunk Island Connections (if you arrive prior to 1.30pm) or Coach Transfers from Cairns CBD with Greyhound Coach Company. Flying in to Townsville Airport Located 2 ½ hours drive north of Townsville, Castaways Resort on Mission Beach is accessible by Coach Transfers with Pioneer Coaches, from Townsville CBD. Car Hire is available from both Cairns and Townville Airports.
